We strive to offer our customers the best experience and quality product. If for any reason that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please note the following:
- You have up to 7 days to contact us from date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refund or exchange after that.
- All return/refund requests shall be subjected for review.
- To be eligible, proof of purchase is required & your item must be unused, unaltered and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Customer will bear the shipping cost for the return of item.
- Please note for hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned. E.g health and personal care items, drink ware and dining ware, intimate clothing and socks.
- Exchange only available for items that are defective or damaged. Shipping cost for re-sending the exchanged item will be borne by customer.
- Delivery and shipping fee are not refunded in all cases.
- Any return/exchange request will be processed within 10 working days from the day we receive the request.
- All return items are to reach us within 10 calendar days from delivery date for orders made in Singapore, or 30 calendar days for international orders. Items must be unused, unaltered, and with its original tags and packaging intact.
- Upon confirmation of the return/refund request and us receiving the returned item in good condition, you'll be issued a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders, and all delivery fees will not be part of any return/refund value.
- Store credit is non-refundable and non-transferrable, can be used for your next online purchase with us.
Face masks are strictly not exchangeable nor refundable due to hygiene reasons and made-to-order nature.
